| Necessari | clab_session | sessione dell'area riservata e protezione CSRF | sessione | legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f) |
| Necessari | cl-legal-lang (local storage) | ricorda la lingua scelta nelle pagine legali | fino a cancellazione | legittimo interesse |
| Analitici | _ga, _ga_*, _gid | Google Analytics 4: statistiche aggregate sulle visite, con IP anonimizzato | _ga 24 mesi; _gid 24 ore | consenso (art. 6.1.a) |
15-22 GDPR scrivi a [email protected].
1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information between visits. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDK identifiers in apps) are treated the same way in this policy. The data controller is Computer Lab Ltd, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom, with EU representative Aegis Core S.r.l.s. (Perugia). The applicable rules are Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Italian DPA Guidelines of 10 June 2021, the GDPR and, for the UK, the PECR.
2Cookie categories and duration
| Category | Name | Purpose | Duration | Legal basis |

| Necessary | clab_cookie_consent | stores the choices made in the banner | 12 months | legal obligation / legitimate interest |
| Necessary | clab_session | reserved-area session and CSRF protection | session | legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) |
| Necessary | cl-legal-lang (local storage) | remembers the language chosen on legal pages | until cleared | legitimate interest |
| Analytics | _ga, _ga_*, _gid | Google Analytics 4: aggregate visit statistics with IP anonymisation | _ga 24 months; _gid 24 hours | consent (Art. 6.1.a) |
| Functional | cookies of embedded services (maps, video, support chat) | enable third-party content requested by the user | varies by provider | consent |
| Marketing | _fbp, fr and advertising platform cookies | campaign measurement and retargeting | up to 13 months | consent |
We do not set analytics, functional or marketing cookies before consent. Refusing them does not limit your use of the site.
3Third parties
Third-party cookies are set directly by the respective providers, acting as independent controllers or processors under their own policies: Google Ireland Ltd (Analytics, Maps, Tag Manager), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (pixel, with marketing consent only), Cloudflare Inc. (site protection and performance, technical cookies). Some providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4SDKs in the mobile apps
The Customer App and the Technician App do not use cookies but SDKs that may collect device identifiers. The categories mirror the website: necessary (Firebase Cloud Messaging and APNs for notifications, Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, Stripe SDK for payments, Google Maps Platform for maps) and, only with consent collected in-app, analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase). Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID) are not used unless you explicitly consent through the system prompt; on iOS App Tracking Transparency applies. Preferences are managed from Settings → Privacy in the app.
5Managing your preferences
From the banner on your first visit you can accept all, reject all or customise by category; later you can reopen the settings from the "Privacy Settings" badge at the bottom left or the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
